General editing is below for the whole ticketing page. For one show, choose Settings (wording, buttons, badges, photos) or Show Pricing (DDA prices and default group rates). Choose Load Shows for dates and showtimes; availability is calculated for each performance from bookings and holds. In Groups → Book Group, you can change the rate for one group and set comps, tax status, and gratuity.

Qualifying paid reservations count as soon as they are booked, once per performance. Cancelling removes that count. Box Office can apply it, and customers can enter their matching full name and email to use it at checkout.

Counts qualifying, fully paid reservations immediately, once per performance per email. Several tickets for the same performance still count as one. Cancelling removes that count; a partial refund keeps it while paid tickets remain. Eligible Tickets.com transfers count because they were paid there. Fully refunded, complimentary and group bookings do not qualify.

Permanent seating is stored in Tables. One-performance changes are stored in Table Overrides using the exact PerformanceID. Ticketing reads both. Kitchen and Check-In remain untouched during DEV. Ticketing can read/copy Check-In history, but this build has no write path into either live app.

Table / Seat Override
Assign the guest exactly where Box Office wants. “Open remaining seats” reopens the physically unused seats at that table online for this performance only. Temporary capacity can be raised here without changing the permanent table.
Why are you overriding it?
Required. This becomes part of the permanent staff audit trail with the old value, new value, staff member, and time.
