Every show group in the loaded snapshot appears here, including future and off-sale performances. Publication for customers is controlled separately.
Connection & Launch Checklist
UAT / SANDBOX · Production is separate.
Use the working code and DDA settings again. Configure each environment’s own credentials and services. Connected items show specific evidence; unverified features stay on the list until tested.
Connect production without repeating the debugging
- Use the matching tested Code.gs and Index files in the separate production app.
- Carry over DDA branding, shows and table rules. Keep test carts, test patrons, UAT credentials and payment data out of production.
- Configure production ProVenue credentials, API host and permissions, plus separate Cloud Run services and payment configuration.
- Reuse staff Firebase accounts where appropriate; verify the production verifier, staff links and authorized app domain.
- Check production read access, schedules, prices, charges, inventory and the existing attendance snapshot.
- Connect production receipt email/text services with duplicate-send protection; verify the sender and consent.
- Review verified UAT results and production access, payment configuration and compliance before enabling live transactions.
This panel does not switch environments, enable checkout or send customer messages.

Manage Each Show
Settings and pricing belong to the show. Dates and times belong to each performance; availability is calculated separately for each one. New DDA shows start hidden until you choose to show them.

Set Up a Display Card
Refresh checks names, dates, times, prices, and sale status for performances already loaded. It also runs automatically every 15 minutes after the first refresh. New event IDs still need their first import. Set up a card to edit the DDA presentation; it does not create a Tickets.com performance.

Loyalty Rewards
Qualifying paid reservations count as soon as they are booked, once per performance. Cancelling removes that count. Box Office can apply it, and customers can enter their matching full name and email to use it at checkout.
Counts qualifying, fully paid reservations immediately, once per performance per email. Several tickets for the same performance still count as one. Cancelling removes that count; a partial refund keeps it while paid tickets remain. Eligible Tickets.com transfers count because they were paid there. Fully refunded, complimentary and group bookings do not qualify.

Table / Seat Override
Assign the guest exactly where Box Office wants. “Open remaining seats” reopens the physically unused seats at that table online for this performance only. Temporary capacity can be raised here without changing the permanent table.
Why are you overriding it?
Required. This becomes part of the permanent staff audit trail with the old value, new value, staff member, and time.
